we’re looking for a Senior Developer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in building scalable systems, driving product innovation, and helping our customers succeed. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and customers to solve complex technical challenges and scale our platform. What You’ll Be Doing

• Holistic Product Oversight: Understand the entire product lifecycle across different departments. You will be expected to touch on all product aspects, from technical features to commercial considerations, ensuring customer needs are prioritized and addressed. There will be a lot of development work across various microservices.
• Cross-Departmental Communication: You will work closely with developers, product managers, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and translate it into actionable internal objectives.
• Technical Initiative: Drive technical improvements and initiatives related to product infrastructure, performance, and feature sets, ensuring the product remains scalable and robust based on customer demands.
• Independent & Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate effectively across departments and demonstrate the ability to lead initiatives independently, ensuring progress aligns with customer expectations and company goals.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Always prioritize customer needs and pain points. You will advocate for the customer’s voice in all product decisions, from functionality to performance.
