OX Security - RVP of Sales (US)

Description
OX Security is looking for a high-impact, hands-on RVP of Sales to lead and scale our North American sales organization. As the RVP, you will be the driving force behind our US market presence, responsible for managing a high-performing team of Account Executives while personally driving strategic, high-value deals.
This is a leadership role for a “Player-Coach” who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, possesses deep cybersecurity expertise, and knows how to build a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leadership & Scale: Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class regional team, including Account Executives, Channels, and Sales Engineers.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and execute the overarching sales strategy for the North American region to exceed revenue targets.
- Strategic Deal Closing: Own and close key strategic enterprise deals, leading by example in the field.
- Forecast & Governance: Provide accurate forecasting and maintain full visibility into pipeline health and regional performance for the executive leadership team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a unified GTM approach and product-market fit.
- Channel Strategy: Drive the regional channel and partner ecosystem to accelerate market penetration.
