Commercial Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join our growing team and build and establish our legal function from the ground up, playing a key role in supporting our global expansion. This role reports directly to the VP Finance & Operations.

Requirements:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and establish the legal function from scratch, including designing workflows, processes, and legal infrastructure aligned with the company’s needs, while serving as a key partner to sales and leadership teams.
• Partner with our sales, procurement, and leadership teams to review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements – including SaaS, software licensing, services, NDAs, and partnerships.
• Support cross-border deals and ensure alignment with global compliance requirements, data protection laws, and best practices.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of contract playbooks, policies, templates, and legal operations as the company scales.
• Manage legal aspects of vendor onboarding, corporate documentation, and internal approvals, including signatory workflows.
• Oversee ESOP program administration and help streamline internal equity-related processes.
• Drive strategic legal initiatives and support ongoing cross-functional projects as needed.
