We’re hiring a Data Analyst to join our Research team and help shape our AI-driven cybersecurity platform. In this role, you’ll analyze product outputs, evaluate AI agent performance, and generate insights that improve our systems.

Requirements:

What you’ll do

• Analyze outputs generated by AI agents and product features to uncover patterns, edge cases, and opportunities to strengthen system behavior.
• Turn data into actionable insights that drive product improvements.
• Define and track metrics that measure the performance and impact of AI-driven capabilities.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to better understand system behavior and user impact.
• Build automations and workflows that scale analysis, evaluations, and internal processes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations that influence product development.
• Work closely with internal partners and customers in a fast-paced environment to translate field feedback into product improvements.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Python or similar tools for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to build simple tools, scripts, or automations to improve workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with AI tools, systems, or machine learning – driven products.
