Requirements:
As a Renewal Representative, Your impact will be:
- Manage the full 12-month renewal cycle, from early engagement through negotiation and close.
- Draft contracts accurately and promptly in accordance with client specifications and company pricing guidelines.
- Initiate renewal conversations early, present pricing and contract terms, and manage approvals.
- Monitor customer health, product usage, and adoption to identify risk and opportunity.
- Work towards assigned contract revenue goals while ensuring the competitiveness of the company’s contracts, referencing the company’s GTM strategy for uplift on renewals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans within the assigned territory in partnership with the Sales Director, Customer Success and Channel Organization.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and CRM data.
- Drive opportunity outcomes through effective collaboration and communication with extended teams, including but not limited to customer success, field operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure a smooth renewal process and implement customer retention and growth strategies.
- Cultivate and strengthen ongoing client relationships, focusing on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Utilize our partner eco-system to identify new business opportunities within existing customers.
- Collaborate on special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in the assigned territory.
